The advert is accepted or not for publication, at the absolute discretion of SpainPropertyNet. The user agrees that questions and complaints received are the exclusive responsibility of the user.

Once a listing has been submitted, SpainPropertyNet will endeavor to put the listing or advert live as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to refuse or delete listings or adverts, we believe are inappropriate. SpainPropertyNet is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by the user in the listing or advertisement. Accordingly, the user shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by SpainPropertyNet that are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by the user.
All users are advised to check advert details carefully before placing them online. SpainPropertyNet shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, howsoever arising out of use of this website or in respect of any of the users’ actions or omissions taken in reliance on any of the advice or information contained on this website.
SpainPropertyNet may at any time remove any or all of the materials from users listings or adverts which in SpainPropertyNet opinion are unlawful or have been placed in breach of this agreement. The user shall report to SpainPropertyNet any suspected errors with the listing or advertisement as soon as they come to the user’s attention. SpainPropertyNett reserves the right to refuse to publish any listing or advertisement, without ascertaining any reason, and to classify, edit and delete at its sole discretion.
Advertising Policies
All payments for Premium Services are final and no refunds will be given. Credit toward future advertising may be considered. All listings are screened by SpainPropertyNet staff before publishing. Ads which not comply with our Terms & Conditions are not listed or will be removed.
Limitations on service
The user acknowledges that SpainPropertyNet may establish limits concerning use of our property listing Services, including the maximum number and size of listings or other content that may be transmitted or stored by our Service, and the frequency, which you may access our Service. The user also agrees that SpainPropertyNet has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by our service. The user acknowledges that SpainPropertyNet reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue our service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that SpainPropertyNet shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of our service.
Termination of service
The user agrees that SpainPropertyNet in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate the users account, block the users email or IP address, or otherwise terminate access to or use of our Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content for any reason, if SpainPropertyNet believes that the user has in some way violated the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Further, the user agrees that SpainPropertyNet shall not be liable to the user or any third-party for any termination of access to our Service. Further, the user agrees not to attempt to use our service after said termination.

We each warrant to the other that we shall comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 as may be amended from time to time in so far as our agreement with you relates to or involves the processing of Personal Data. You acknowledge and agree that by placing a listing or advertisement with us, we may collect certain Personal Data relating to you. This Personal Data may be used by us to contact you for the duration of your listing or advertisement and enables a potential buyer to contact you.

By accessing this website, the user is deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions that apply to its use. SpainPropertyNet disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material displayed the website. SpainPropertyNet disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Jurisdiction
This contract shall be interpreted according to the Laws of Spain and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

If the user does not agree to obey these terms and conditions then the user must stop using this site immediately.
