How to add a property to CostaDelSolNet ?
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation – sent to your email address you have used to register. Login with your Username and Password and start adding your first property. After you have logged in, you will see the menu bar on the upper area of your dashboard page:
STEPS TO LIST YOUR PROPERTY
1.- Complete your registration by using the Profile page
Click ‘Profile‘ to enter all details requested on this page and click ‘Save Changes’.
2.- List your first property
To add your property, click ‘Add Property‘ and follow instructions on screen. You can add, make changes as many times as you wish, check your property to see how it looks live. If you have to remove a property, click ‘x’ and your property has been deleted. Please be careful with this, while you cannot undo the deletion action. If you are satisfied with all details you have provided, click ‘Submit Property’ and wait to be approved by the administrator of costadelsolnet.com. Approval will take approximatelly 24 hours, before your property will show online to the public on CostaDelSolNet.
3.- Overview of your listed properties (edit, view live, delete, show status)
You can check the status of ‘approval’ by clicking ‘My Properties‘. If the property listing has been approved it will show ‘published’, otherwise it will show ‘pending’. Here you can also see all your properties listed, with the possibility to edit, view live or delete each property listing individually.
4.- Logout of dashboard / user account
After you have finished, click ‘Logout‘ from your personal dashboard.

General rules & requirements to list properties
- List up to 10 properties for FREE
- Upload only properties from the Costal del Sol / Andalucia
- The location of the property must be specified
- Property listings have to include at least one photo
- The description field of the property has to be in English language and should not contain any email, text links, phone number, etc – just the description of the property
- Contact information (phone, email, logo …) to be provided in your ‘Profile’, which will automatically show online with every property listing
- All properties must show a price, and all prices have to be in Euro (€).
- All uploaded properties will be first in draft mode and need to be approved by the administrator, normally within 24 hours
- We reserve the right to edit or delete listings from our site at any time and without prior notice
- You agree not to post information or promote anything other than property
Property listings which are not fulfilling these rules will be removed.
